MBraining; an old and new story in one

MBraining is based on age-old wisdom traditions combined with the most recent neuroscientific research into our 3 main neural networks in our heart, brain and abdomen. Have you ever worked with people who experience a conflict between their thoughts, feelings and actions? Or people who have trouble realizing their goals, plans and dreams? So what do we know?

MBraining is new in personal development and leadership, developed by Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka. Through a meta-analysis and meta-synthesis of thousands of scientific articles and other literature, Grant and Marvin have developed a series of techniques (mBIT – multiple Brain Integration Techniques) based on new knowledge and theory (mBraining).


So what do we know? So we have at least three brains – the cephalic brain, the brain of our heart and the abdomen. It's amazing once you know how this inner intelligence manifests itself, among other things, through our language, and how you begin to notice the language in ourselves and others.
